What exactly is the EverGlow Pet Memorial Box?

The EverGlow box is a personalized hologram memorial that displays a three-dimensional, softly glowing projection of your pet. You send us one photo — we prepare it, send you a preview to approve, and ship your finished box. Place your phone on top, open the link we email you, and your pet appears inside the box in soft, three-dimensional light.

Does it actually look like my specific pet?

Yes — that's our entire promise. We manually prepare every single photo ourselves before production begins. We then send you a full digital preview before we ship. If it doesn't look like them — if the markings are off or the likeness doesn't feel right — we revise it free, as many times as it takes. We don't ship until you approve it.

Will it look fake or like a cheap gimmick?

We understand this concern deeply — it's the most common worry before ordering. The hologram effect creates a genuine three-dimensional appearance inside the box. The preview we send before shipping

Ordering & Photo Submission

When do I send my photo?

After you place your order, we'll email you within 24 hours with simple photo submission instructions. You reply with your photo and any details about
your pet you'd like us to know. We handle everything from there.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible works best. Most phone photos are perfect. The photo doesn't need to be professional — it just needs to show your pet clearly. We'll tell you honestly if we need something different before we start, never after.

My only good photo isn't perfect. Will it still work?

Usually yes. We've worked with photos taken in dim lighting, slightly blurry shots, and older scanned prints. We'll review your photo when you submit it and let you know immediately if there's an issue — always before production begins, never after.

Can I include more than one pet?

Yes — contact us at hello@everglowpets.shop after
ordering and we'll discuss the best way to include multiple pets in your hologram. This may affect the final composition but we'll walk you through the options during the preview stage.

 
 
 
 

Setup & How It Works

How do I set it up when it arrives?

Place your phone face-down on the flat surface on top of the box. Open the activation link we email you after your order is approved. Your pet's image will appear inside the box. That's it — no app download, no account creation, no manual to read.

Do I need a specific type of phone?

The EverGlow box works with any modern smartphone. iPhone or Android both work perfectly. The only requirement is that your phone screen stays on — you can adjust your screen timeout settings to keep it lit longer.

What if I lose the activation link?

Email us at hello@everglowpets.shop with your order number and we'll resend it immediately. We keep your activation link on file permanently.

 
 
 
 

Shipping & Delivery

How long does the whole process take?

After you submit your photo, we prepare the hologram and send you a preview within 2–4 days. Once you approve it, production and shipping takes 7–10 days. Total time from order to doorstep: approximately 10–14 days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to all countries. Shipping is free on all orders worldwide.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 14 days of ordering, email us at hello@everglowpets.shop and we'll look into it immediately.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Email us at hello@everglowpets.shop with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

 
 
 
 

Returns, Refunds & Trust

What is your refund policy?

Because every EverGlow box is custom-made for your specific pet, we can't accept returns after production begins. This is why we have the Preview Guarantee — we send you a full digital
preview before we ever start production. If you don't approve it, we don't make it. Your approval is the protection.

What if I'm not happy with the preview?

We revise it. Free. As many times as it takes until it looks like them. We don't move to production until you tell us it's right.

Is this taking advantage of grieving people?

We've thought hard about this. EverGlow was built by people who've experienced this grief — not people who saw a trending product. Every order includes a preview guarantee and free revisions because we care about the result. We also provide
free pet loss support resources because we believe in the healing first. If this product isn't right for you right now, those resources are still here for you.
